Retail Customers:
We accept Visa and MasterCard. We also accept Bank transfer, Western Union and MoneyGram.
Wholesale Clients:
We now accept Visa and Mastercard for wholesale orders but the customer
should fill up an authorization form and
fax to us at +966-2-227-4301. Click here to
download the form.
We also accept bank to bank money transfer
or payments through Western Union / MoneyGram for our wholesale
transactions.
Shipping
Retail Orders:
We ship worldwide via Airmail that usually takes
from 15-25 days. If you need faster shipping, please
select DHL option in our checkout
page. DHL usually takes around 3 to 6 days. We
do not ship to Nigeria, Ghana and Indonesia.
Wholesale Orders:
We ship through
TNT, a reputable international courier, which usually takes from 4
- 7 days.
Order Verification
Please note that a verification
of your order is done by phone call and the order will be shipped
within 3 - 5 working days from the date the verification was done.
Customs and Duties
Each country has its own policy regarding customs and taxes. DesertStore has
no control over this, hence we cannot guarantee that your order
will not be taxed neither can we predict the cost of the taxes
imposed by these goverment agencies.
Privacy
Contact information (like email address) that
we collect from the order form and feedback form are used to send
orders to our clients and to reply to their inquiries. Never do
we use these information for advertisement purposes and never do
we sell or share these information with any third party.
Security
DesertStore.com knows that security
is very important to our clients. Desertstore.com
uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and Real-Time Credit Card verification,
to
protect clients when they make payments through their system. Never do we store credit card information on our server.

Once you become a DesertStore.com member, you will be eligible for 2% discount on
all items. Our members receive our monthly newsletter which includes
special offers and the latest news about DesertStore and the Middle
East in general. Your privacy is protected.
Return and Exchange
Desertstore guarantees customer satisfaction with every purchase. We honor returns of products as long as we receive the goods within 45 days from the date that we shipped them. We assure our customers that we will make the return and exchange procedure as smooth and as convenient as possible.
- Refund Requests:
- We refund full order cost on products having manufacturing defects or damages.
- For reasons other than defects or damages, DesertStore will refund product cost provided we receive the items within 45 days after we have shipped them.
- Exchange Requests:
- For defective products, DesertStore will replace the items and will ship back to the customer for free.
- For reasons other than defects or damages, Desertstore will replace the products but the customer will pay for the re-shipping cost. Returned goods should be received within 45 days after we have shipped out the items.
In all cases, DesertStore does not pay for the
shipping cost incurred by the customer in returning
the product. The same principle applies when
you buy from a local store. Even if the merchandise
is defective, the local store will not reimburse
you for the time and fuel you have spent to drive
back to the store for returns nor will it send out
a driver to pickup the defective merchandise.
